I live in a Winkler owned apartment complex and have never encountered any business as incompetent as them. I had to live in a hotel for two months after the original move in date because they couldn't finish in time. Also after being told we would have parking in front of the building, it was moved to two blocks away with no guest parking. For some strange reason they decided bullet proof saftey windows that do not open were better to install so we exactly ZERO windows we can OPEN in our apartment. Winkler also charges rediculous fees such as $30 for a lost key. And last but not least, they provide almost no useful information. Simple inquiries such as price checks take inordinate amounts of time or are just not answered. Winkler is absolutely terrible. I will never rent from them again and reccomend to anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
