The 2 man team led by Tom K. showed up right at the appointment time, was extremely friendly and professional. Used drop cloths for the walkway to the basement to install a new water softener. I was told to expect up to 3 hours for this installation. Two hours later they are completely done and was going through the demonstration and use of the new softener. I would highly recommend Southport for all of your plumbing and heating needs. Also, Josh G. who did our initial estimate was very thorough and explained the pros and cons of various systems and we eventually went with his recommendation. Great service from start to finish. Thank you!
