Review content:
I've purchased a couple of home theater systems from them. Back in the 80's and 90's they were top notch! I purchased another system from them in 2008 and they have turned into over priced dishonest crooks! I asked for a quote to install patio speakers. They quoted one man for about 2 hours. They sent out 2 men for 2 hours. I had a problem with a Paradigm subwoofer they sold me. They took it to their shop, let it sit for 2 months until I called, and told me they couldn't duplicate the problem. When it was returned it started making the popping noise within 10 minutes. They never tested it. They never even hooked it up! They sold me a Control 4 system to control all my components with a single remote. What they failed to tell me was that anytime a unit is replaced they have to come out and reprogram it. I changed out my cable box for a whole house DVR, so they had to come out to reprogram. It took the tech 2 hours to do it! I paid them, but later determined they didn't reprogram for the patio speakers (which they had installed!) I called them back out to finish the job. They have been trying to bill me $100 to come back out and finish the job they should have done correctly the first time. My advice to potential customers is find another place to buy your high end audio/video equipment.
