WARNING to both Property Owners and Tenants: Kings Realty and Property Manager, Rhonda Nappi gives property management a bad name with their unprofessionalism and lack of care for both tenants and property owners. I am speaking on behalf of what I experienced with multiple tribulations with lack of communication in not only following the contract, but also in not managing the ongoing problems that may arise at my rental property. Of course, I was alerted by neighbors and even the HOA with concerns where it would take days or weeks to address after I had to personally contact my Property Manager with constant follow up. \r

Not only did the property manager provide excessive invoices (actually Excel Spreadsheet invoices that could easily be manipulated) for repairs without contacting the owner in advance per the management agreement, I would sometimes be surprised when reviewing my monthly rent deposits while only half of the rent was deposited without explanation. Rhonda would get offended when addressing any conflict and would respond in a hostile manner.\r

Furthermore, the inept service providers that were chosen to repair the property actually imposed more damage where the company is not accepting ANY responsibility! The shower door was rigged with large non stainless steel screws that have rusted, leaving a large ¼” open gap along with no seal allowing water to escape. They did, however, place a large, black adhesive on the bottom of the shower door that began shriveling and coming off only after a week. \r

The lack of respect to their customers amazes me with the delayed responses (sometimes as much as a week or more) or a response without even addressing the concern (ongoing issue)! Once appointments were set, they would inconvenience my tenant in either not showing up or arriving late on multiple attempts. \r

It appears that Kings Realty and Rhonda Nappi do not have issues with taking hard earned money, but they have NO concern for maintaining customer satisfaction for neither the property owners nor tenants. I highly recommend that ALL stay clear as this company should not even be in business with their negligent and unprofessional services! \r
