I was a little apprehensive at first to spend the money on our apartment carpeting. It really needed to be replaced but the landlords weren't willing to do that. I couldn't stand the stains, the smell , and the fact that it wasn't sanitary anymore! And my couch became refuge for too much "manly" lounging! I swallowed hard call Chem-Dry and practically begged to have them come & do the job before I changed my mind.
Leo & Alex arrived the next day and from the moment I met them at the door I knew I was in good hands! Leo was extremely knowledgable about his service and I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed. The carpet & upholstery cleaning was more than I could have expected......and it smells so good !
I will definitely use them again & recommend to my friends. Thank you Leo & Alex!
