I was at Kia of Duluth on Monday September 30th, 2013 to have a transmission replaced in my 2012 Kia Soul+, it was to be a 3-5 hour job. Mind you I drove an hour and a half to get there. I told them that I would be staying there at the dealership until they were finished fixing the problem. My appointment was at 10am, I went to the bathroom at 12:30, 3pm comes around and I go to check the status of the repair and I was told I came in looking for you and you weren't around. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing, because they couldn't come back inside the 10 feet to recheck! Needless to say I was very angry!!!
