As soon as I walked into the Honda of Concord I felt I walked into a professional but friendly business. Everyone was very nice and assited our needs immediately. I had already spoken to Caiden several times over e-mail and he knew exactly what I wanted so it made the experience so much easier. I did do some homework before going to the dealership so I knew what cars they had and what I was looking for. When we sat down to discuss trade, I will please with the way they handled this. They showed me exactly how they came up with the trade price by showing me a website. I respect them for their honesty and appreciate them being upfront with me. There was no sneeking around or hiding anything. The transaction was handled very well and I am please with the outcome. It was probably one of the best experiences purchasing a car that I have had. Thanks Caiden and Honda of Concord!
