Dr Martin was very nice his office staff I can't say the same for, I had braces put on my daughter and not even 2 weeks later my mother was diagnosed with a terminal cancer of the lung and metastasis to the brain, she then underwent brain surgery and ended up with a brain bleed. She became paralyzed on the right side. I had a choice of taking care of her at home or sending her to a nursing home. I quit my job and cared for my mother, you only have one mom.....I had to cut back on everything and unfortunately braces were one of those expenses. Keep in mind she had only been there once I paid a deposit of 950.00 I asked the office staff if we could work something out and remove the braces and I would come back when I was able. I would have happily paid for the office visit and hardware in her mouth, but that was not going to happen. They ended up suing me for services that were never performed. I hope that no one in that office has to make the choices I had to make and to watch their mother whom was the best woman on earth, die. I hope none of them have to endure what I did, I am not complaining just the facts. I thought it was pretty cold hearted that they wouldn't work with me...........KW
