I have been using Agee's Service Co Inc. for about ten to fifteen years. Their service is such a great value. I have a home warranty, so sometimes those guys will come out to assess my home, but Agee's is the only one I would trust to do actual work on my home. They always do really good work. They are clean, and clean up after themselves. They wear the protective booties on their shoes, too. I have the same technician come out each time, and I love when he comes over! He always takes at least an hour to make sure things are done right. He rechecks whatever the home warranty people check and goes through everything with a fine tooth comb. He lets me know when something is broken or about to break, or if everything is just fine. Whatever mess he makes working with air ducts and whatnot, he cleans it all up. The company is excellent at responding to my needs right away, even on the holidays. I once had an emergency on New Year's Eve. They came late that evening and stayed until 1:30 in the morning! They are willing to fix the problem for as long as it takes to make sure it gets done right. I have never had any issues with them over the many years I have used them. I would absolutely recommend them.
