I figured with reduced rate came reduced service or timeliness... NOT TRUE!! Debb was second to none when we sold our house this Summer! I couldn't believe how great the photography was. She definitely knows how to get people in your door to see the place. She has a great finesse when it comes to just how hard to push you to get buyers to buy your place! (Some other realtors I've had were either too controlling or seemed to react to my concerns like I didn't matter - but NOT Deb). If we ever get in the market again, Deb will be my first call!!!
