I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, chicken fried steak dinner, and the crispy Parmesan sweet potato fries. Delivery was made in about an hour, which was consistent with the time given when I ordered. Everything was great, except for the sweet potato fries, which had barely been cooked at all, were far from crispy, and were not done inside. I had to heat up some oil at home and finish frying them so I could enjoy my meal. Come on, Chili's, I don't pay that kind of money to have to finish cooking my own food. Otherwise, I enjoyed my meal and will order again--with a note to please be sure the fries are crispy.
