My husband and I have been searching for a well maintained home in Las Vegas for a long time now and Bill Thomas has been the best ally a home buyer could ask for. \r

He is extremely thorough and gives the buyer an idea of all things to look out for that could become problems. Spend every moment you can with Bill and he will teach you about:\r
1. what needs to be done immediately to fix current or ongoing issues that will become worse\r
2. prepare a list of preventative maintenance to keep your home in tip-top shape\r
3. give you an idea of items that could become problems in the future \r

We have used Bill for two full inspections and four preliminary walk-throughs over the course of nearly four years. In the meantime, We have become very judicious home buyers throughout this process because Bill will teach you about key items to look out for when walking through a home, if you care to learn. We have also used Bill to recommend quality repairmen over the years and can report that he keeps good company of honest individuals that complete high quality work. I have asked many times to have Bill adopt me. Although my parentage hasn't officially changed, he always treats me like family and will tell me very honestly if he approves or disapproves of the most important investment that we will make over the next decade.
