TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Bachman Furniture! I am an easy-going person with a high tolerance level, but Bachman Furniture has pushed me to my limit! I ordered furniture in late June 2013 and was promised delivery in 4 to 5 weeks by the saleswoman. Now it is Oct. 7, 2013 -- a full 14 weeks later -- and my son is still not in possession of the furniture. The people I have talked to at Bachman's since my purchase have been difficult if not downright rude to me. I have contacted VISA to see if they could apply some pressure to get the furniture delivered or my money back. I see on the Better Business Bureau site that they have had several claims against them. Not at all surprised. I strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere for your home furnishings unless you are fully prepared for a long and protracted fight..
