Overall, Hans Auto Repair provides very high quality. I'm a hard to please person when it comes to interfacing with anybody dealing with cars. This is the first business that I've really trusted. I have a high degree of trust and confidence in them. It's rare for me to say that.
I've had them work off and on for years on two different Volvos. I have a 1996 Volvo 850 and a 2001 Volvo V70. They have done all kinds of routine stuff and some unusual trouble shooting and repairs such as a sunroof that was jammed. They've done quite a bit of stuff on both cars.
One of the biggest satisfactions I had from working with their business was a referral to someone who did auto body repair work. It was outstanding. The referral was for the highest quality body work.
It's hard for me to put in words, but once you get by the seemingly cold front staff, it's perfectly good service. So it's not the warmest of interactions, but it's very satisfactory in quality.
