Review content:
The only good thing about this vet is the facilities. The staff is disrespectful and down right rude. You can leave a message for a vet and 9x out of 10, the vet won't get it. They talk to customers, like the customer works for them! The vets are also rude if you disagree with them. I've lost dogs there, due to irresponsible care. If you can't pay your entire bill immediately, they will keep your pet. This happened to me recently. An unexpected, expensive surgery was needed to save my dog and when I asked for only two weeks to pay the bill, I was denied and they wouldn't let me have my dog till the bill was completely paid off. They charge too much and make you pay for things that aren't necessary. If you love your pet, your not going to deny it anything the vet says it needs. Last, but not least, these vets promote puppy mills, by supporting pet shops that sell animals! They even recommend one in Media. If you love your pet, go somewhere else!
Pros: Good veterinarian facility
Cons: rude, expensive, careless with pets, hospital part is cluttered, not very clean
