Omigod these guys are ROCKSTARS! My computer was fully infected to that point where they reached their 4-hour cap, and after the clock stopped, they didn't! Sheila actually continued on for another 2 hours (free for me & she was still getting paid) to backup all my data and reinstall Windows on my brand new laptop. Then she transferred all of the clean pictures, documents and music and video and made sure I could get into my email and printer etc. worked before leaving. I GIVE 1 MILLION STARS!!!
