Decent facility overall, but the membership policies are horrible once you actually understand them. They tout the month to month membership but it takes an act of God to actually terminate your membership and then they still bill you for an extra month.\r

The staff is very pleasant UNTIL...you don't go along with their orders and then it's night and day.\r

I had some issues which could have been resolved, but the minute I complained no one wanted anything to do with me.\r

By the time I was mad enough to cancel, the last thing I was told was I would be turned over to collections.\r

This, after NEVER ONCE being asked what was bothering me about the facility or the services....NEVER ONCE.
