Review content:
Customer service is truly Environmental Taming's forte. Steve is just spectacular. Finding a good A/C and heating technician is like trying to find a mechanic. You don't know anything about it, and they could easily take advantage of you. With Steve, though, you can tell that he puts customers above his bottom line. He cares about them enough not to make them go bankrupt with buying all new appliances. Before suggesting to replace anything, he will work to repair it first. Many HVAC technicians nowadays are taught to just replace A/C's if there is a problem. He is so neat, honest, and fair in his work. He lays out options for us, so we can make a decision based on the best value for our needs. We have been using him for at least ten years now. He has been in the business for a very, very long time, so he knows what he's doing. He brings a wealth of knowledge to any job. He's also a nice guy in general. I appreciate his work and commitment to his customers. I recommend him all of the time. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!
