My experience with Taylor Maid Cleaning Services has been okay. Communication has been great. If I ever have a problem, Bobbi responds very quickly and has someone come over to fix the issue within a week. As far as the cleaning service itself, however, it could definitely be improved. They sometimes come too early or at a different time than what was specified. I am out of town a lot, so most of the time, it's not such a big deal to me, but my son lives in my home, so it may be more convenient for him if they offered a more consistent schedule. I don't know what the turnover is like, but there are usually different cleaners that come each time. To my son's standards, they leave the house clean, but to my standards, I feel like they leave certain tasks undone. My house is not in bad condition, and I don't have a lot of little knickknacks everywhere, but I I still expect them to dust certain areas that they often overlook. It seems that they are in a rush. I know I am very picky, so I don't know if any other cleaning service would offer any better work, but I still expect certain tasks to be done. The problem is not with the management. I know it's difficult to manage a business, but I would say my experience with the quality of work has just been average.
