Review content:
A gentleman from Ralph's Appliance Services came out to replace a boot in my brand new front-loader dryer that had already broken for some reason. This was my first time using them, and I have to say the man was pleasant and provided a nice service! The only comment I have is that their prices are so high, they should just drop their service charge. The replacement already cost me over $300 (and is much cheaper online), plus another $75 or so to have them come out. If they dropped the service charge, that would be awesome. As it is, though, I'll have to look for someone cheaper next time.
