Review content:
I am very pleased to write this review concerning a very good technician, Billy #1915. On October 13, 2013 I noticed that the water pressure in my home was at 100psi. I immediately looked to Angie's List and found this company, Roto-Rooter of San Antonio, which had great reviews. I called the company and they sent a technician to my home on a Sunday, and he arrived within a couple of hours. Billy was very courteous and very professional, and he quickly assessed the problem. He explained in detail about an expansion tank and a regulator and how they worked. I told him that I had a water softner and he advised me to put it on by-pass so that the high psi wouldn't effect it. Billy returned the following day and completed the job of installing the regulator and two expansion tanks, one for each water heater. I can now sleep soundly knowing that the water psi in my home is stable.
