Review content:
I have been a resident of Clayton on the Park since December 2012. I feel the staff is focused on the wrong things. Most communication is on upcoming parties, special arrangements for valet parking, retailers promoting goods to residents (ex. cars/wines/clothes), and weather alerts. Meanwhile it is like pulling teeth for updates on basic maintenance issues such as elevator repairs, how water heater repairs, and laundry room repairs. It also took me one in-person conversation followed by three emails simply to get confirmation that my notice to move out was received. I feel the staff should get the basics of repair/maintenance/lease related communication correct. Then and only then should the residence be sent trivial communication on topics such as upcoming parties, special arrangements for valet parking, retailers promoting goods to residents (ex. cars/wines/clothes), and weather alerts.
