We came in to purchase a helmet for my son. Soon we were greeted by Linda. She was attentive and professional to me, but even more so to my son. After all, he was the reason why we were there. Parts counter personnel were also attentive to my needs. Parts ready for pickup a few days later as promised. A great business experience!
