Review content:
Our existing HVAC unit had some problems. Temp Control LLC came out and fixed that, but pointed out that the unit was getting pretty old. They suggested we get a new unit, so we got a quote from them and decided to get the new unit installed.
The service was excellent. We are very happy with how the new unit has been been running. We had a slight problem in the beginning, but they came out the same day we contacted them and got it repaired straight away, first thing in the morning.
The workers are great. They were very polite, very friendly, and very efficient. They always asked to be let in and always explained who they were and why they were here. They were very clear at explaining what they were doing, what was being installed, and how long it would take. They had very good communication. It's a very trustworthy company.
