Have used boyds quite a few times always had a good and helpful experience, except the one time with a home delivery, request that they do things different, the arrangement was left on the porce without notice someone walked by and took it, but I was given the same arrangement at no cost to me, but if this keeps happening they stand to lose a lot of money, replacing orders.....I love boyds....
