Having read all the good reviews, I made an appointment for laser hair removal with Shannon Hicks. To my surprise, the service that I received was nowhere near acceptable. Shannon kept talking on her cell phone when performing laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and did not bother when I told her that it really hurt when she did not remove the laser from my skin right after each zap. My underarms were swelling for months following the treatment and my legs got burned. I called Shannon twice and she offered no resolution, except saying that ""it happens sometimes"". Before the procedure, she assured me that I would not get any long term discomfort from the treatment and that my skin type is ""ideal"" for laser hair removal. Such deplorable service and complete lack of responsibility do not prompt me to recommend her to anyone! She was very nice when she took my payment though.
