Bon Losee is a school, so all of the employees are still "in training" but as long as you know that going into it, it's no big deal. They sometimes take a little bit longer to get things done because they are learning, but they are also usually very conscientious because they want to make sure they get it right. They also have supervisors who check out the "final product." They provide a variety of services including haircuts, coloring and highlights, waxing, and manicures/pedicures at a very reasonable price. I have always had good experiences there. The employees don't get paid (since they are in training), so don't forget to tip them!!
