I am very dissatisfied with the new manager Troy at the Poway store. He roled his eyes and cleared his throat in a very condescending manner, after I reminded the barista to not put whip cream on the frappacino as I am lactose intolerant. It also appears that this same behavior was exhibited at the Carmel Mountain Ranch location when a slightly overweight customer ordered pastries with her FrappaccIno. He smirked and started joking about it with a co-worker loud enough for me and my children to overhear! Poor behavior and I am shocked to hear that he is a manager;( I expect more out of Starbucks.
