I previously hosted myself on a dedicated server my Magento online shop but it was a pain to manage all securities, updates of the server. So I decided to switch to Nexcess and it was a real pleasure. They managed all the issues with moving my Magento installation from old to new server efficiently and quickly. Few problems due to move were very quickly and very professionaly resolved. Online support is so fast (Generally answers are coming back in few minutes) and efficien and professional. A real pleasure to work with that company for top notch support, and efficiency.
