Ive been with a number of hosts since launching my company many years ago. Many of the "Big Guys" and a few that made big promises. Signing up with Nexcess over a year ago was the best decision I ever made in terms of my online business. The support is top notch. I often get myself in little pickles where I mess things up. I panic, then fire off an email to support and they have it fixed within minutes. I must have sent hundreds of support requests over the past year and I dont think its ever taken more than 15 minutes to get a response. The fact that they do backups every night saved my butt a few times as well. I will never leave Nexcess. So long as im in business, Nexcess is my host.
