InstallHDTV.com uses Nexcess.net to run all of our high-powered Magento Stores. We made a mistake today within our Magento coding that led to all of our Magento sites crashing. Woops. Crap. Instead of having our developer team waste hours on finding the issue, we contacted Nexcess.net customer support. Not only was my store restored/backed up in under 15 minutes by email, but I had 3 email responses within that 15 minute window. I highly recommend Nexcess for their support alone, not to mention their incredibly speedy Magento hosting. I've hopped from Crucial Hosting, Proper Host, you name it for small business Magento hosting and Nexcess servers are the winners by a long shot. Flawless uptime, speedy servers, and Magento -> caching = vroom! Never knew Magento could be so quick! Also, a side note, I used Nexcess for a prior company I worked with for a dedicated server, and their phone support was America based, and I got to speak to someone directly in Tech Support in under a minute to discuss the dedicated server questions i had. Best of luck on your hosting adventures, but I recommend you plant some roots down at Nexcess.
