Have you ever received support so fast that you start to wonder about how many support people they must have at the company and what the logistics must be like? I hadn't until I requested support from Nexcess. The CSRs over there turned my half-formed questions into complete, implemented solutions practically before I could refresh my email. How did they do that? Just ... wow.
