Nexcess.net has proven so be an excellent host for several of my websites. As for as the sites themselves, they're served quickly and reliably and there's been no significant downtime in the past 5 years. Whenever I've needed help or support, the team has always been very responsive, always responding within a few hours and usually within 10 minutes of an issue report. The rates are very reasonable and I've benefited immensely from hosting my sites there.
