From the very first time that I've contacted Nexcess, I have been blown away by their service. No massive phone menu to go through to talk to someone, no contrived answers to your questions in an attempt to sell you something. Everything has been clear, concise, and with a great attitude.
The few times that I've had to reach out to Nexcess support have been just as amicable. Our system has been rock-solid from day one, and the few times we've had an issue, it's been related to our software more than the server, but that hasn't stopped Nexcess support from helping out.
Nexcess has gone above and beyond what is required by a hosting company, and from that, they have earned the top spot in my go-to list of hosting companies for clients.
