When I decided to rebuild my website in Magento, I learned that I needed a powerful hosting service, preferably one that specializes in optimization for Magento. After reading the reviews of the few companies that specialized in Magento sites, I was disheartened to read many poor customer experiences and horror stories of down time. Not satisfied, I continued searching until I discovered Nexcess. After much research, I couldn't find any negative comments about the company, so made my choice to give them a try. Now after a year of having my new site hosted at Nexcess, I am happy to add yet another positive review to their stockpile! I have had no problems at all since launching the site, and the quick responses I've received any time I've had a question have been exceptional. Fast and professional replies every time.
