Review content:
We have old software, an ENORMOUS database for it, as well as some new software with smaller datasets. Anyway, when our hardware was upgraded, the techs helped us every step of the way, whether it was with file permissions to make the programs run correctly, or whatever it was that needed addressed, to make this migration as smooth as could be. We've been with Nexcess for many years as our hosting company, for a reason. They ALWAYS take care of us and our site issues, even with the old quirky software we happen to run. In the years we've been with them, they have always taken care of our needs, regardless of how small they may seem to be. Support is available whenever it is needed, which is something that cannot be said for everyone. As always, especially with the big issues like this; they came through for us with FLYING colors! Good job guys!
