Barnum's tore up the floor of my dad's house to put in a line due to us having back up issues with our washing machine. My dad, a military veteran/OCPD retiree and a heart/lung patient on a fixed income was charged 4K and we are still experiencing issues with the work they did. They left the slab cement in horrible condition, and they did not haul away or even put into nearby garbage cans the cement that was destroyed in and out of the home when making repairs. They tossed it behind a shed for my dad or me to do. The floor are that was broken to fix the line is now uneven and rough and a slips, trips and falls hazard. They told me it wasn't their problem, that they were plumbers, not concrete people. One person came back to attempt to smooth it out with negative results and dumped his bucket of thin set?? down my kitchen sink on both sides, causing further plumbing issues and damaged my garbage disposal. The owner told my sister he would come out, but never has: I have called for him, left my name and number and either he doesn't get the message or he just doesn't care. If the owner had only worked with me, this review might have had a better outcome.
