Review content:
I will not go back to this range. We went after looking up pricing and location on their website. When we arrived, the men in front of us asked the cashier about the prices, stating they were different online. She said, ""no, those are the prices."" He was very nice about it and said he could show her with his phone that they're listed lower online. She said there was nothing she could do. I had looked them up too, and knew the man was correct so I said, ""yes, the prices online are $6, $8, and $10."" She maintained that there was nothing she could do. We all let it go, paid, and went out to practice. Then the manager came and apparently the cashier complained that she had been hassled by the men--they were more than reasonable, in my opinion. No one was rude to her, despite her attitude. The manager then went and scolded the men! So, the men went in and apologized to the cashier. I would have just left. That's ridiculous. The manager should've apologized for the incorrect information on his website. When we were leaving, the men told me about this and how he said the prices were subject to change--I checked, and this is not stated anywhere on the website. It seems like he's trying to get people in w/ a lower listed price. So shady. That girl could have apologized and said she'd give them a few extra practice balls. Instead, she was rude and then complained to the manager and my fiance about the men, as well as about other customers who are ""mean to her"" previously--this blows my mind. Customer service isn't always easy, but those men were very nice.
