BEWARE - I was scammed by this business, I can support AdamNY's comment below. I paid these people for a 14 day passport renewal and finally on the day before my flight they told me that it had been delayed ""beyond their control"" but I could get it if I paid an additional $170 and it had to bein cash. They said I had no choice and suggested I change my plane ticket if I didn't like it.
At the same time I get a call from the US Passport Office in DC informing me that Sameday Passport had submitted my application incorrectly. The Passport Office had been been holding it in DC all along, waiting for Sameday to fix the mistake!
I didnt get my passport in my hand until 11:30pm the night before my 6am flight. Now for the past month I've been trying to speak to someone to get a refund for the $170 because it's not my fault that they submitted the application wrong. Most emails are unanswered, the ones that are answered refer me to a different ""manager"" each time. One ""manager"" in Dallas told me that he was deleting all of my emails without reading them because I was ""bothering them."" Each time I get shuffled off to someone in a different city and no one will read the very clear and professional statement I prepared requesting a refund. They claim that I am lying about the phone call from the DC Passport Office and refuse to speak to me.
In the end I paid these people $425.32 for a passport renewal that took 18 Days.
I've now given up and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, of which they are not accredited.
Do not, under any circumstances get involved with this business.
