In their defense, due to the weather conditions, there were several traumas that neede to be attended to before they could see regular patientsa, and this we were made well aware of and kept abreast of. However, I waiting over three hours simply to be put in a room. The nurse who put me in my room was totally rude. I waited another hour to see the doctor for the first time. The doctor and one of the nurses I saw were the only staff members I came into contact with that could pass for decent human beings. My clothing was thrown around blatently to make way for a cart, instead of politely moved or asked to be moved. I was forgotten about for over an hour and a half needlessly. I would avoid this facility if you feel like you should be treated with respect as a pateient. The care I received, although it took way too long, was up to par, though I feel a few more tests could have been run. Pros: nice ER facility Cons: exceptionally rude nursing staff
