When it was time to refinance my house, I was on the lookout for an appraiser whose valuation I can trust. I did not want the big-banks to appraise my home for a lower value, since I could clearly see the increasing trend and an increase in value of my home would affect my equity ratio on the home. I was aware of the fact that a properly valued appraisal was an important document for the home and based on Max's reviews as a great real estate agent,I gave him a call. Mouch came in the very next day, and his appraisal was really thorough. One of the rare things about him is tat he is both a real-estate agent AND an appraiser. Whether you are selling or buying or refinancing, this fact alone will end up always in your favor.
