I moved here from Florida thinking I would come to sacramento and get a worm welcome but I've been sadly mistaken. I applied at tiner for a house they took my app fee and call me a week later and said my application was denied. I asked why and they told me I didn't make enough money to afford the house, mind you I made $78,000 last year and $80,000 this year. They asked for bank statements and got them there the next day and still got denied. I am a tax preparer and own my own company and that didn't mean anything. By the way I'm a African American male. Racist!!!! That's all I have to say. I've went through the same thing at roundup realty and California investment. There game is to take all the application fee,s they can. Crooks!!! These trash of company's should be close down. Lord knows what there doing with your banking info, good luck with these crooks. Beware!!!
