Review content:
Really upset about my experience here. I brought in a few purses and boots to get redone. I had asked for the zipper to be replaced, and as an afterthought I had the heels redone, and new zipper clasps, key point being an after thought, since I was there might as well do it all. The guy even said to me, well replacing the zipper is kind of pricey, I said fine, I just want to get these fixed. Got them home and the zipper was not fixed, I brought it back in and told them. The guy then said oh ya well we didn't discuss that, that money that was charged was for conditioning them, and the zipper clasps, which I would not have brought in and spent money on. I didn't want them conditioned, and even declined it when he asked in the first place as I wanted the worn look they had. I would have been happy to pay even more to have the zipper fixed in the first place, but not after I just spent a bunch of money on stuff that I wouldn't have. Then everyone's attitude was ""Oh well"" Pay more now. It wasn't about the mistake because I understand that happens, it was the principle of none of them cared that they made an error. The sad thing is that I am at a local business who had lots of good word of mouth to spread to them, and now it will not be the same when I am asked for recommendations. Um ya, I think I will just go ahead and give someone else my business now.
