Holy Cow! This place is horrible! They really get you with the beautiful lounge and model room they show you. Your apt will be the same shape but full of mold and mystery smells. They do cleaning checks once a month, which is great, but no matter how hard you try and clean that place it will always look disgusting, as it is falling apart. You will fail cleaning checks and they will charge for it. You'll try harder the next month and spare no expenses to clean it even better, but you and your roommates will fail again, and you will have to pay again. As a dude I generally don't care if I have to live in sub par conditions, but not for this price!!! Whatever positives you have while considering this place, it will never be worth it, if you have friends living there, you will be happier convincing them to live somewhere else, hey that's why I moved in, and now we hate together...
