There are a few reasons why I enjoyed my experience here so much, but let me just start with the fact that Bert Levi sells real vintage (heirloom) jewelry and his own custom designs that follow similar patterns and techniques - exactly what I was looking for, albeit missing from many other stores. I was shocked to actually find a case with vintage jewelry. I am an avid collector and knew I had found a treasure chest. What a selection, is all I can say.
The second reason is the outstanding and reliable service. Bert seemed very genuine and kind that I knew right away that I was in the right company because Bert makes for great company. He was so patient with me and all my questions which he never hesitated to answer. He took out each piece and let me take my time looking at it thoroughly.
The third reason is the fact that Bert believes in sharing his prosperity. After he rung me up he took a portion on my sale and offered to give me a check with it to any charity of my choice. I was ecstatic since I am a volunteer when it comes to feeding the homeless, which is where my donation went obviously.
So all in all, it was a beautiful experience and I am happy to have this store in my life! =)
