Attention Palmers Auto Repair,\r

Contrary to your belief that my Dodge 99 Intrepid was repaired correctly I want to say your service is very dishonest and\r
my car was never fixed properly. The first service that cost 500 dollars never fixed my cars problems and my family\r
was not able to take it on a road trip as planned. My brakes still squeak and my car has a continual knocking noise\r
as well. Taking my car back to your center was a huge mistake because your mechanics do not know how to Diagnosis or fix\r
automobiles. Several attempts were made to find my Intrepids anti freeze leak which was a huge inconvience to me! Putting my car under pressure\r
showed no results then I was told that it was my resevoir which I do not believe it ever was! It also disturbs me that Bill Palmer promised\r
with his word to give me a small rebate back of 50 dollars and then called me and said he would not! What kind of business are you running that you would\r
go against your word and totally disregard trying to keep a customer. That is not a company I would ever want to business with again.\r
I am telling ALL my friends and family about your company and if they need any service to their vehicles to look else where. Your advertisement\r
of being an honest company is truely false and your company should be ashamed of itself for treating my family as you have done.\r
I personally will continue to convey to others how disreptable and dishonest Palmers Auto is to its customers. I will be contacting the BBB and let them know\r
what I went through, and I am making flyers to distrubute around the walker neighborhood to let others know about your dishonest, low, arrogant,\r
and faulty practice.\r
