I have a Lexus that owned for 8 years. Bring to dealership get a 60K service only. The service advisor call me saying I have a oil leak from my front engine and other problem as well. I ask how much to get that done? The service advisor give me the estimate. I am almost felt of my chair. So I decide to get another opinion. Do a search I read all the recommended and review,'' it's very hard to trust all the review''. I decide to give JP Importz Lexus and Toyota Service Center a try. So I call to ask for estimated for my problem, but they decline. For the experience that they had they would like me to bring my car in to make sure the problem. I was thinking "" should I trust them''?. I decide to make an appointment to come in. They test drive my call first them do the diagnostic in my car, about 15 min later while I am waiting I have a good news when I saw the service advisor and techinician come out and told me"" it just a minor problem, not a serious problem"" I think somebody trying to make a quick job. The shop is extramely clean and professional, friendly, honest and clear. I highly recommended.
