I arrived at pick up time and they didn't have my order. It was still in the printer which is under the counter, completely out of sight, so the three people behind the counter couldn't see it. She apologized and said it would be done in 10 minutes, but it was closer to 25. The entire time I was there, there were 2 tables outside covered with dirty dishes and no one cleared them. I know mistakes can happen, but I bit into rotten chicken in the Basil Chicken I ordered. That is unforgivable. The Pad Thai was excellent, but I learned my lesson. First time and last time!
