I came here with my mother who lives in town. My server was excellent. I ordered a Filet Mignon, medium rare, and SPECIFICALLY asked if the chef prepared this with a ""warm red center"". I was assured so, and therefore ordered.\r The steak came out medium well- grey and chewy. I asked the server if she felt is was medium rare- she said no and returned it. The manager, a tall uncouth blonde with no manners nor decorum, came out, stabbing the steak with a fork, towering over my mother and I as we sat conversing privately, told me this was ""their medium rare"" and told me I ""could not have another steak,"", but she would get me a menu to order something else. She reiterated this point she was attempting to make three times. Excuse me?? Am I not the customer?? I told her I resided in Denver and Chicago and this was not medium rare, anywhere. She crassly told me I was not in Denver. Clearly! On the way out, she informed my mother, a local resident, she was no longer welcome and that if she stood at our table any longer, she would have told me ""what she really thought of me and let me have it!"" Were we not the customers paying for the meal?? What person in that position is LOOKING for a fight for someone paying $25 for a steak?\r This by far was the most despicable LACK of hospitality ever witnessed by my mother and myself. Never have I been told as a paying customer that I was wrong, couldn't order what I ordered to begin with and was never welcome to dine there again. Well guess what, I will never dine there again. The lack of manners and hospitality were appalling and to be badgered while attempting to dine from an uneducated uncouth blonde manager on a power trip is revolting. She ought be fired as she is clearly discriminating upon those who she believes is NOT an acceptable patron. Shame on her and what she deems this restaurant to represent.\r My star is for my server from Carney who was most gracious even in her clear embarrassment of the immature rude on her high horse pretending to be the manager.\r It was truly disgusting to see such white trash behavior from an establishment that supposedly prides itself by having the wealthy folk in town be their exclusive clientele.
