Our decision to use Rock Solid Imports for granite installation was a NIGHTMARE. We had a basement project which included granite installation in the kitchen/bar area. This company held up our entire project. The initial installation was terrible and the installer left without even finishing the project. The owner of this company, Mark, did not return phone calls and did not act in a professional manner. We paid 100% up front and had a credit due back to us of over $1000 at the end of the project, which we never received after multiple requests.
